Cancellation Policy.

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel, you must notify me 48-hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

If you should miss your scheduled Zoom session, there is no refund. There is a 15-minute grace period.
